Dr. Abdul Rao Is A Part Of The Institute Of Women's Health And Has Extensive Work Experience

The Institute of Women's Health situated in North America is known as a leading institution for women's optimal health care. The firm was established in 1997 with a sole motivation to provide unsurpassed health care services to women. It is a nonprofit 505 (c) (3) organization which is registered in the State of Florida. It is based in Orlando and has six affiliated clinical and research sites in the State of Florida. It offers comprehensive healthcare for women ranging from state-approved counseling and testing for HIV/ AIDS, STD's Diagnosis and Treatment of breast, uterine, and cervical cancers, Pap smears, routine gynecological services, family planning, birth control, etc.

The institute is greatly known for its productive and mutually beneficial partnerships with various organizations/institutions with a comparable mission and vision. It aims to improve women's health through outstanding services like clinical care, clinical research, education and community outreach. It has Board Certified physicians, researchers, nurse practitioners and staff, and they have been supporting the institute's vision and mission in its offices in Daytona Beach, Ft. Lauderdale, Ocala and Orlando.

Dr. Abdul Rao, MD, MA, DPhil is the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Institute of Women's Health as of April 01, 2009. With over two decades of experience and expertise in healthcare in public as well as private universities in the United States, he is impeccable in his approach. Dr. Abdul Rao has served at USF Health and Vice Dean for Research and Graduate Studies for the College of Medicine as the Senior Associate Vice President for Research and Graduate Studies.

Dr. Abdul Rao has delivered and authored numerous presentations/documents, which outline new and innovative strategic plans and policies related to preserving and enhancing research and graduate education in public and private institutions of higher education in the U.S. Dr. Abdul Rao has helped in seamlessly bridging research across USF and USF Health campuses. Dr. Abdul S. Rao's vast experience in the USF has helped him to take The Institute of Women's Health of North America to such great heights by contributing a great deal to the success of the institute.
